Brad is an experienced Health and Safety Professional with over 30 years of practical experience across forestry, construction, and other high-risk industries, including 15 years in dedicated health and safety roles.

He began his career in hands-on operational roles across farming, meat processing, sawmilling, and forestry, before moving into health and safety, giving him a strong understanding of how work is actually carried out in production environments.

Brad works alongside leaders, supervisors, and frontline workers to understand how work is really done and to strengthen how critical risks are managed in practice. He is known for his practical approach and ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.

He has supported organisations with system design, implementation, audits, contractor assurance, and continuous improvement, and is an accredited SafePlus Assessor and Safetree Auditor.

Brad is a HASANZ-registered Health and Safety Professional and a Professional Member of NZISM. He holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is based in Hawke’s Bay, working across New Zealand.
