Moira is a seasoned Health and Safety professional with over 12 years’ experience across both public and private sectors, including high-complexity environments such as defence and government. She has held advisory and leadership roles with the New Zealand Defence Force, Lockheed Martin, and Parliamentary Service, supporting safety governance, cultural change, systems development, and risk management. 

Moira brings a strategic, systems-based approach to health and safety, specialising in stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, internal audits, and the development of HSW policy, systems and training programmes. She has a strong background in quality assurance and human resources, enabling her to integrate organisational and people-focused solutions that improve performance and participation across all levels. 

Moira is a registered Practitioner with NZISM and holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Administration (with Distinction), and a Bachelor of Science. She is also trained in advanced height safety and quality assurance. Moira is based in Wellington.
