Natasha brings broad experience in project co-ordination, business operations, and mental health support, with a strong focus on systems, communication, and organisational efficiency. Her background includes nearly a decade as Facility Manager of a large community venue, as well as five years as a small business owner, giving her practical insight into operational compliance and workplace safety.

 She has worked across sectors including events, education, and community wellbeing, and has held roles involving project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and administrative leadership. For the past eight years, Natasha has also donated her time to managing a national art competition and contributing to local sports and community trusts in various roles.

Most recently, she worked in the mental health sector, further developing her understanding of wellbeing in the workplace. At Van Schaik Health & Safety Solutions, Natasha supports the Managing Director and consultants in delivering high-quality, co-ordinated outcomes for clients across a range of industries.

Natasha is based in Havelock North and oversees business operations and client project coordination.
