Rechelle has over 14 years' experience in operations, business and financial management across financial services, healthcare and education in New Zealand and South Africa, including more than a decade owning and running her own business.

As Operations Manager, Rechelle leads the operational, financial and project management functions of Van Schaik Health & Safety. She is responsible for business planning and performance, contract and tender management, project scheduling and resourcing across the consulting team and nationwide associates, financial reporting and forecasting, and the quality and business systems that underpin the firm's client work.

Rechelle works alongside the Managing Director, the consulting team and the company's clients, partners and suppliers. She has particular strength in building the systems, reporting and quality processes that enable a specialist consulting team to deliver well, and brings a strong track record in team leadership, coaching and staff development.

Rechelle is based in Wellington.
